Deputy leader Taliban to Kabul negotiated a new government
Deputy leader Baradar, co-founder Taliban, to the capital Kabul to participate in discussions on establishing a new government in Afghanistan.
A Taliban official said Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar will meet other leaders of the group and politicians to discuss a comprehensive government.
A few hours after Baradar about Afghanistan, the Taliban announced to establish a completely different government compared to the 1996-2001 ruler period.

The other senior leaders of the Taliban appeared in Kabul in the past few days including Khalil Haqqani, who was considered by the US to be a terrorist and wanted element with a 5 million USD bonus.
Social websites support Taliban said Haqqani met Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, former opponents in the early civil war in the 1990s and still maintained the influence in the Afghan politely.
Baradar was arrested in Pakistan in 2010, was released after 8 years of imprisonment and moved to Qatar.
After the US withdrew the troops, the Taliban launched the campaign to occupy a flashy territory and entered the capital Kabul on August 15, completing the Afghanistan control.
