Looked at the negative reviews, looked at the positive reviews, decided to try it. I've been using it every night for the past 3 months. (use it to squeegee my shower floor, I have a giant shower and so I don't like leaving standing water) Works just fine and I haven't had any issues.

I purchased this to alleviate having to bend over to squeegee the shower walls after my shower. It was killing my back to bend over in an awkward position. this works perfectly. I like the fact that the head part adjusts to different angles easily.

The rubber part insert was missing. We are using the hard surface. This scratch the surfaces.
The part arrived with no instructions in English. There was some form of instruction on the wrapper written in a language that we could not read. Further, the rubber insert part was missing. we are using the hard part that could scratch the surfaces we are using in the long run. It was a mistake to buy this product.
