Bánh trứng cuộn thịt xông khói với cách làm làm đơn giản, bánh chiên 2 lớp gồm 1 lớp bột và 1 lớp trứng độc đáo cho màu sắc khá bắt mắt, kẹp cùng chà bông, phô mai lá và thịt xông khói trông cực hấp dẫn. Đây là món ăn sáng thích hợp cho các chị em bận rộn đấy!
Rây 120g bột mì đa dụng và 30g bột khoai tây vào tô lớn, thêm 220ml nước lọc vào, dùng phới lồng khuấy đều thành hỗn hợp đồng nhất. Sau đó thêm hành lá cắt nhỏ và 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối vào, khuấy đều rồi để yên 10-15 cho hỗn hợp ngấm nước.
Dùng giấy nhúng ít dầu ăn thoa đều lên mặt chảo rồi múc 1 giá hỗn hợp bột cho vào chảo, dàn đều, chiên với lửa nhỏ. Khi bánh chín 1 bên mặt thì trở lại chiên chín luôn mặt còn lại.
Đánh tan trứng gà. Tráng dầu trong chảo rồi cho trứng vào dàn mỏng đều. Khi trứng chín 1 mặt và mặt còn lại vẫn còn ướt thì đặt miếng bột đã chiên lên trên, ấn nhẹ đều cho miếng bột dính vào miếng trứng là được.
Sau đó tắt bếp, lật mặt trứng lên trên, lần lượt xếp vào thịt xông khói, chà bông, lá phô mai, cuộn thành 1 cuốn dài là được.
