Easy to use and so far it has been effective
Easy to use and so far it has been effective. This is a product though that can't be judged on one season, or even multiple seasons. If I find issues with this weed barrier in years to come I'll be sure to update this review.

Highly recommend.
This roll is softer than some landscaping fabric that I bought at big box stores..however, the softness makes it easier to put it where you need it. It covers a lot of space and costs a lot less than buying retail. Highly recommend.

Excellent!
This stuff is way nicer than I thought it would be. I had some old landscaping tarp that I was using for a project and needed more so I bought this. This fabric is WAY better than the crap I was using! It wasn't as stiff so it laid easier. It's also thicker and tougher so it better withstood the pokey weeds I was covering. It rained right after I finished so I got to see first hand how well the water infiltrated. 10/10 would buy again.

Used to smother weeds in raised bed
Easy to roll out. I just rolled about 3-4 layers over a raised dirt bed of weeds. I plan on layering it with soil and planting forget-me-nots.

Great Deal
great product - easy to work with....I say easy, but that is not considering the actual covering it with mulch part! lol I will be purchasing another roll soon...this time will cover with gravel, so will be even more work - but when all said and done....thats 200 less yards of mowing and weed pulling! Pays for itself the first year in that regard! Conserve Our Soil - Save Our Food

Not thin material
Very nice to go under our rocks. Seems to be okay so far in keeping weeds from popping up. Not thin or cheapy looking. Rocks are on top of it. Have had it under them for 2 weeks now.

300 feet and same quality as Lowe's and Home Depot. Sounds good to me.
Here's the deal, I'm not sure how long this stuff will hold out weeds..but it's definitely better than not putting anything down. Also, it seems to be the same quality as what I've purchased at Home Depot and Lowe's. 300 feet for $35 and shipped Prime, it's worth the shot. I put it down 3 weeks ago and it'd doing it's job. No complaints and I still have plenty left over for other jobs.

easy to use and holds up well
Bought this twice for raised beds with legs.... easy to use and holds up well

Landscaping that works
I love these huge rolls, I am on my last one, so I may be having to order more. Items were shipped ahead of time, and have been perfect for the landscape jobs I have used them for. I like that the material is a heavier weight than prior landscape paper I have purchased at wal-mart, home deopt, lowes, or menards. As Arnold Schwarzenegger would say: "Ill be back"

Crabgrass, goat-heads, pigweed, sandburs, what you gonna do? We had 30-yr-old black plastic sheeting under gravel, laid when the house was built. Over time it disintegrated & actually caused greenhouse effect, allowing weeds to retain moisture and become big, fat & juicy. We spent hundreds of $ on systemics, weed preventers & other chemicals to no avail. They don't call it crabgrass for nothing. Finally re-landscaped, pulled up the plastic and designated a test area over the densest weeds: put down 7 different brands of weed-control fabric and attached securely with anchor pins. Made small x-cuts in the fabric as if for plants. Left it alone for 2 months. This product won hands-down! Absolutely no weeds- not a single one- got through, yet rainwater passes through easily. Six months later, still holding up! Forget the chemicals, the expensive wool-type felt or fabric barriers, and especially the cheesy stuff they sell at Lowe's & Home Depot. This is by far your best bet. *ADDITIONAL INFO ADDED 15 MONTHS LATER: This weed control fabric is still holding up and working like it's supposed to more than a year later. Even the crabgrass is finally gone! *3 1/2 YEARS AFTER PURCHASE: Over time, a thin layer of dirt will accumulate between the gravel and weedcloth, a

Even the crabgrass is finally gone! *3 1/2 YEARS AFTER PURCHASE: Over time, a thin layer of dirt will accumulate between the gravel and weedcloth, allowing a few shallow-root weeds to appear on top, easily pulled up by hand. Unfortunately, I hired a landscaper to do this for me. BIG MISTAKE! Although I explained to him in great detail about the weedcloth, he used a sharp metal weed remover and punctured the cloth all over my yard. I am so #@%$ing mad. Now the weeds are sprouting like, well, weeds, and I am back to square one. Lesson: don't assume that even professional landscapers understand the concept of weedcloth, and don't let them ruin your investment.
